First Time Visit to your LifeStyle Store

To take you through the process of browsing the Quol Store and making a purchase please take a couple of minutes to read through the simple 10 steps outlined below:

If you are looking for a specific product go to the relevant store - Personal Care or Health & Well  Being to begin your search. If you are not sure what you want the best place to start is in the Advanced Search form which outlines the stores as well as the categories within each store. Here you can look for products within a price range as well.  Also for Toys and SunSmart there is a compiled summary list of all products available so you can quickly get a feel for what is in these stores. For books we have a Category summary to assist you in looking for books.

To search for a product you can use some of the quick search functions set up within each store. Or alternatively you can search from the central search page by putting in appropriate keywords and selecting the store which is most appropriate. Key words can be anything which may describe the product you are after. Product name, author, title, type of product, what the product may do, description etc. By searching like this it will help you to find what you are looking for much quicker.

Once you execute a search it will bring up products which match your search criteria. These products will be listed in alphabetical order by product name. There is ten products per page to browse through.

If you would like to purchase the product you will need to put a number in the quantity box, and then select "Add to Cart". This will place the product in your shopping cart. A confirmation box will pop up - close this box and you will return to search results. You can simply keep adding products to your store until you are ready to check out. At this point you can also do two other things: 

1. Save the item for later on - for another visit to the Quol Store. These are items that you do not want to include in your purchase for now but may be interested in buying at some point in the future.
2. You can email a product to a friend with a message telling them about a product they may be intersted in. 

For both these steps just follow the instructions which appear.

To find out what you have placed in your cart at anytime or to begin the check out process simply click on the shopping cart located in the top right hand corner - This will then display what is in your cart. You can at this time add or remove items from your cart.

If you would now like to finalise your purchase select "checkout" at the bottom of the order summary form and follow the instructions. The next step will be to input your personal information which will enable delivery of the goods to you. If you would like to know what the delivery charge is you can go to Delivery where this is outlined, or alternatively at the bottom of the Customer Information form select "continue checkout" and it will then present a summary of all costs including freight.

At the bottom of this Order Verification form is where you will be asked to enter your credit card information for processing. Once you select "checkout" your order will then be processed. Please only select checkout once. It may take several seconds for your order to be processed.

8.

Following this you will see an order confirmation form. This is confirmation of your order and you should print this out as  your receipt. Also following placement of the order you will receive an email confirming all the details in relation to your order.

9.

Your order is now complete. In due course your order will be processed. You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 7 days. 

10.

An email will be sent to you once your order has been processed informing you when you can expect to receive your goods.
