If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase at Quol Store you may return any product to quolkids.com within 30 days from
the date of purchase.
If the return is based on an error from our part
we will refund the shipping cost as well. For all other returns to us
shipping costs and costs to return to us are not refundable. Some of the
guidelines for returns are as follows:

Any book in its original
condition

Any toy complete with
original packaging in good condition

Any other products, unless
faulty, in an unused condition.
Clearly if any product is
faulty or damaged then a full refund will apply no questions asked.
Items that are returned more than 30
days after delivery, or are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will
be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items
returned after 60 days.
