In line with our
Guarantee you can return products in accordance with the following:
- Not satisfied
with your purchase:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Quol Store purchase you
can return the product for a refund. In this situation the shipping
charges are not refundable unless it is due to an error on our part. You
must return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. It is
important that product packaging is still in good condition and the
product is in resaleable condition. In the event that this is not the case
we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
- Wrong product,
damaged goods or poor quality:
If the reason for the return was an error on our part or relating to
product quality then we will not only refund the product purchase price
but also the original shipping charge. The cost of returning the product
to us is not refundable. Once again the product must be returned within 30
days from the date of purchase.
- Procedure for
returns:
When you wish to return a product please contact us by sending an email
to:
returns@quolids.com. In this communication please include your Order
ID number, email address and name. Include the reason for the return. If
