QUOL Reward Points Outline We
believe that anyone who takes steps towards improving the “quality of
life” of children should be rewarded for their efforts. So we have
developed our QUOL Reward Points system to do just that. This is no ordinary
reward system but one that is based on some of our underlying philosophies
and fundamentals. Below we have provided an outline of how the Quol Reward
Points system works. If you have any questions that are not covered below
please contact us directly with your enquiry. It is early days with this
system and it will continue to evolve in the future. The reason we wanted to
commence this with the launch of our site was so we could reward you
for every thing you do right from the very beginning.
How
do I earn QUOL Reward Points?
Please go to our QUOL
REWARD POINTS Activity Summary Sheet to see what you can do now on our site
to earn points. Every time you take the
time or effort to interact with us you earn 20 points. You can earn points
every time you do one of the following things:
- Subscribe
– Need to subscribe to be able to get QUOL Reward Points
- Complete
a questionnaire
- Submit
a poll response
- Provide
valid feedback to us
- Make
a purchase – regardless of the value
- Utilise
a service
- Refer
a friend who also joins us
- Make
a content or information contribution
- Respond
to relevant emails

Every item on the above
list is considered an interaction of equal importance to us, regardless of
how long you took or if you spent anything at all. Each interaction in any
of the above items is worth 20 QUOL Reward Points. TOP

is a QUOL Reward Point?
QUOL Reward Points are
points which you earn every time you complete a notated activity on our
site which we believe assists in improving the quality of life of your
children and family. To be able to provide you with the best information, products
and services possible we need to have your interaction, involvement and
input. As we recognise how busy and valuable your time is, we believe you
should be rewarded any time you interact with us. For every interaction with
us you earn 20 points. Every interaction whether it is a small thing
or a more significant one is worth 20 points. Just like our everyday
interactions with our children, we believe that the small things we do are
as important as the significant ones. All these conscious actions and
decisions are equally as important and worth “the same points”. TOP

do we keep track of your QUOL
Points ?
Rather than use a
complicated username and password approach ( I am always forgetting both) we
have decided to simply use your email address. This is unique to you and
easy to remember. You will see that whenever you interact with us we always
ask for your email address. This is the reason for it, as well as being able
to get back into contact with you if you request it. All email addresses are
strictly protected and will not be provided to any third parties for any
reason at all. Please see our Privacy
Statement. It is important that you use your email address whenever you
are talking to us. If you change your email address let us know so that we
can keep all your QUOL points together. TOP
What
can I use my QUOL Reward Points for?
This is a new system and so
we are currently in the process of putting together a range of ways you can
redeem your Points. Over the next 12 months you can look forward to many new
and exciting choices. Some examples are:

a friend/family/community group – where all points are pooled together

We believe that
the things we do together as friends, families or communities are
essential and greatly contribute to both ours and the quality of life of
our kids. With this thought in mind we will give you the option of
registering with a group so that all the points can be pooled together to
be used for the benefit of the group. This may simply be a family, group
of friends or a community group such as a playgroup or kindy.
As we put into place items
for redemption we will advise you to keep you informed of what is

How
do I know how many Points I have?
We are putting together a
system so that you will be able to find out directly exactly how many points
you have at any point in time directly through our website. Prior to us
getting this up and running simply send us an email or complete a feedback
form and we will email you back with you information. TOP
