Go Cycling With Your
Family
A great way to get out of
the house, enjoy your environment, get a little exercise and spend quality
time with the family is to get on your bicycle and go for a ride!
You could have a pedal around your neighborhood, remembering why you have
chosen such a lovely place to live. To really experience a change of
scenery, put the bikes in the back of the car and take them to another
location. Perhaps a ride along the beach is your perfect setting, or
maybe through the forest is more your style. Wherever you end up,
the fun is unlimited!
Have a basket for your bike
or a backpack. Double the fun by packing a lunch, a footy, or a
cricket bat. When you find a suitable park or location, stop and have
a bite to eat and exercise different muscles with your sport equipment.
